Raul a Bull?

That's right! Many sources have pegged the Real Madrid legend to be the next big signing for the New York Red Bulls. The 32 year-old striker, who scored over 300 goals with the Spanish super club, has been riding a lot of pine while superstars in the making Karim Benzema and Gonzalo Higuain (of France and Argentina, respectively) have been sucking up all of his minutes.

If this deal does go through, Raul would become a huge star in Major League Soccer right away. The man is as pure a striker as there has ever been in the world and Americans love scorers. Add that to the fact that he will be playing on the biggest stage in the country and in what will be the crown jewel of MLS stadiums (the gorgeous Red Bull Arena) and I think Raul will rise to as high of a status as a soccer player in the US ever has.

The New RSL Report

Here we go again. Hopefully this, the fourth version of the report, will be a little more permanent.
